The villa stands in the most unique location of the island in a piece of land of 12.750 square meters. It lies on a blooming hill just above the sea, within a heavenly large bay. It is called the Russian Shipyards Bay, were there are the old stone ruins of the Hystorical Shipyards. It’s essential characteristic is the breathtaking view of the sea. Just 4 Km from Poros Port –(7 min. by car and 2 min. from the nearest market place) it combines the absolute isolation with the easy access to Poros life. The Villa is right on the sea. It is furnished with antique pieces and it’s whole atmosphere enables worm homey ambiance. The Villa was build in 1968 and completely renovated in 2008.

ACTIVITIES IN POROS

Poros is the absolute paradise of water sports’ fans, such as water ski, jet-ski, jump, trick skiing, wakeboarding and windsurfing are available in Neorion (2km from the villa) http://www.passage.gr . Also, given that the sea bottom of Poros is amazing and divers may expect to discover a colorful underwater world, scuba diving is one of the hottest watersports for one to practice on the island. A diving school is situated in Askeli (6km from the villa), and apart from diving lessons, it also organizes diving excursions.

Among them, the closest to Poros, is the famous “Lemonodasos” in Galatas, meaning “forests of lemon trees in Greek”. This is only 5 minutes by boat from Poros’ port and has been declared a protected area by the Europan Union. Other interesting destinations include Epidavros (40km from Poros), Trizina-Devil Bridge and Ancient Mycines (90km from Poros) in the Peloponnese, and of course the islands of Aegina, Hydra, Spetses and Methana.
